How will media be delt with by law in the future?
I believe that in the future, the law will try to reduce the number of hours people are exposed to various types of media. As many people have concerns about young people being influenced by violent media, I believe that this will be top priority to be combatted. The average time spent using media by teenagers today is 30-40 hours a week... I believe that in the future this will be reduced and/or monitored by the law in order to prevent impressionable people from being influenced by the media and to stop young people accessing types of media that they should not be.

Well done Jos. Is there a history of media being controlled by governments? (Modern day China, communist countries during WWII). Do you believe in the media effects model and what are the arguments surrounding it?
